Monica is a Home Economist and specialist teacher of Food & Nutrition. She trained at one of the country’s top colleges in London and ran a highly successful catering company supplying sweet and savoury food to shops, restaurants and private homes. She became well known for her special occasion cakes and desserts. Monica ended her teaching career with 20 years of teaching both children and adults. She’s thrilled to be involved in this exciting new venture with Stuff2eat. She has an allotment, gives private tuition and is an expert wedding cake maker.
