1. AGREEING THE TERMS
Your access to and use of Stuff2eat.co.uk or Stuff2eat.com ("The Website") is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the website.
The website cannot be used for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions and/or by continued use of the website, you are bound by the entirety of this agreement and by our 'Privacy Policy' that is incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any document incorporated by reference, these terms and conditions will prevail.
If we make significant changes to these terms and conditions we will take appropriate steps to bring such changes to your attention (such as by placing a notice of such change on a prominent position on the Website, together with the changed terms and conditions). It is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that you agree with them and your continued use of the Website will be deemed to be your acceptance of any changes to the terms and conditions and privacy policy.

The website may include links to other websites for which Stuff2eat are not responsible in any way.

3.1All copyright, trade marks and all other property rights in the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Stuff2eat and its parent company Breadstop Limited.
3.2 In accessing the Stuff2eat website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed.
4. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Stuff2eat does not guarantee that the functionality of the website will be error free or uninterrupted , that defects will be corrected or that the website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive to any hardware that you use to access.
5. INDEMNITIES
You agree not to hold Stuff2eat or Breadstop Limited and its employees liable against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Stuff2eat or Breadstop Limited arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this website.
6. ORDERING TIMES
Stuff2eat has minimum order times for all products supplied. Stuff2eat has a 'bake&make' policy which means we 'bake&make' to specific order times. We will always however, if you call us direct try and assist you where we can for short notice requirements. We do not however guarantee that we can always help. To ensure prompt delivery, you need to place your order 48 hours before delivery is required, ideally by 11:00 am.
7. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations for Business Lunches must be made by 9:00 am on the previous working day for Business Lunches – Cancellations made on the day will incur a maximum 100% charge of order value at Stuff2eat discretion.
Cancellation of 'bake&make' products e.g. bread, cakes (all types) and savouries (e.g. pasties) will be at the discretion of Stuff2eat. Cancellations will incur a maximum 100% charge of order value at Stuff2eat discretion.
Cancellation of any other orders with Stuff2eat will incur a maximum 100% charge of order value at Stuff2eat discretion.
8. ALLERGIES
If you have special dietary requirements please let Stuff2eat know and Stuff2eat staff will try to accommodate you.
9. PAYMENT
Stuff2eat has payment processes set up with PayPal which is the preferred method of payment. Stuff2eat however, is always open to other methods of payment and are willing to discuss options with Clients.
10. DELIVERY
Delivery applies to Business Lunches and Catering Services only and Stuff2eat has a flat fee delivery cost of £7.00 – which covers delivery within a 15 mile radius of our locations, for further distances we then charge 70p a mile (subject to change at Stuff2eat discretion)
11. BY LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and that all parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
