Born into a strong Italian community in South Africa where her first cooking experiences and learning were cultivated in her mother’s kitchen, she later developed her love of cooking with fresh ingredients over the years of living and travelling in Italy.
Who Is This Aimed At?
Whether you are new to cookery, or are a great cook this course will give you all the skills you need to become confident in cooking Italian food at home.
What Will This Course Teach Me?
Explore and discover how the Italians create such great dishes. Andrea will prepare dishes inspired by the 20 Italian regions from Risi e Bisi (Risotto with peas from Venezia) to Cassata (Sicilian sponge cake filled with ricotta, chocolate and dried fruit). Learn, experience and taste the food.
