Radika Bhagwat, was born and brought up in India, and learnt her cookery skills from her mother, grandmother and aunts - this has led to a passion for food – especially Indian food.  Radhika has lived in many places in India, which has given her a vast insight to the cullinary diversity India offers, now living in Sussex she can share these with you.

Radhika will be starting with the basic raw ingredients, including spices and will explain how Indian recipes are not rigid, how improvisation is the key to developing your own style and flavours – vegetarian and non-vegetarian.  She will demonstrate techniques that will show you how simple and fun this can be.

Her Masters in Chemistry and Microbiology gives her a scientific grounding for the science of food, along with her talent for planning and coordination which adds to the ease in which she shares her skills with you.
