Founded by husband and wife team, Rick and Kate Taylor-Smith. Two City workers who had enjoyed good food in London who wanted to provide the same thing locally.
"We identified a gap in the market place to go beyond food made with no love or care or consideration in what impact it had on the environment or on the human being that ate it. We believe that nutritious, healthy and balanced food can also equal delicious, local fare, enjoyable and easy to eat and prepare. Fast food to us means fresh, fabulous, lovingly prepared and fairly priced - not processed and refined. We are aware of reducing our carbon footprint and actively work in our community to help people become aware of the choices that are available to us."

We produce a great deal of our own products which we supplement with a range of bakery and savoury goods.
A local pie maker delivers freshly hand made pies in boxes that he takes away and re-uses.
Bakers -we have two local master bakers, who produce real bread. One is an Italian baker, who takes 24 hours to prove & ferment his bread, a traditional way of making bread which enhances flavour, and is easier to digest. The other provides beautifully made loaves and cakes that taste like your childhood memories of real bread and treats.
Wholefood Suppliers - Our Wholefood suppliers are all UK co-operatives with an ethical approach to everything they supply to their retailers.They strive to promote a healthier lifestyle supplying ethical, eco-friendly products.
Local Producers:
